BUYERS PROGRAM PARTICIPATION FORMATS

  • Negotiations with suppliers according to a pre-planned meeting calendar. The buyers fills out an application for matchmaking, selecting the product categories they need. The organizer selects suppliers that match the buyer's requests from among the exhibitors, and then form a meeting calendar
  • Negotiations with exhibitors at the exhibition site. The buyers work at the exhibition according to their schedule and route, filling out a list of meetings with exhibitors. Upon completion of all desired meetings or visiting all exhibitors of interest, the buyers give the completed list to the organizer
  • Meetings according to the calendar and at the exhibition site. This format combines both of the above mentioned

  • Category directors and managers of non-food products (household detergents, household goods, cosmetics, hygiene products, kitchen goods, pet products, home and garden products) of FMCG chains
  • Category directors and managers of non-food products of online stores and marketplaces
  • Category managers of non-food products of wholesale distributors
  • Heads of departments of private labels and brand managers of private labels
  • Brand holders interested in finding a contract manufacturer, raw materials or packaging solutions

    How many people can take part from one retail chain
  • Category directors/managers of the commercial department of different product categories corresponding to the theme of the event (For example, 1 category director + 1 category manager of household goods + 1 category manager of cosmetics and household detergents + 1 manager of the private label department)
    What do buyers get under the Buyers Program
  • Compensation for a round-trip air ticket in economy class
  • Compensation for 2 nights' accommodation in a standard room (the hotel up to 4*)
    How compensation is paid under the Buyer Program
  • Flight tickets & hotel room are to be purchased/booked by the buyers before the exhibition. Compensation for flight tickets and accommodation costs is made by the Organizer at the exhibition site if all conditions of the Buyers program are met.
