NGO «DISABLED SOCIETY CAPABLE GROUP» is the first and only manufacturer of children's disposable diapers in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The enterprise was created with the aim of offering domestic and foreign consumers a high-quality product made in Kazakhstan using Japanese technology and European standards using Italian equipment; the enterprise has a full package of certificates necessary for this type of product. More than 60% of employees are people with disabilities, the number of employees currently amounts to 100 people. Our employees are very important to us and we invest in personnel development; our concept is aimed at increasing the importance of human resources, since every person is socially important to us.
